I am writing this review and giving 5-stars because the owner of Planchers Xilo, George, came over on Monday to sand and re-varnish the wood floors in our condo, and as soon as he came he looked at and checked the floors, and said he can't to the job because the floors are made of "engineered wood", which he explained is thin on top verus hardwood floors, and that if he sanded our engineered wood floors, the floors would get damaged and ruined.  I appreciated his honesty and professionalism with me, and as such I highly recommend him to other people who are looking to deal with an honest company.  I had chosen Xilo in the first place because of their perfect 5.0 Google reviews score, meaning other people who have used Xilo are very satisfed with the work they do.
